Experience the annual Kona Coffee Festival, a 10-day event that returns to the island in Holualoa and Historic Kailua Kona every November.
For two centuries, Kona Coffee has been a well-loved delicacy among coffee lovers throughout the world. Grown in fertile volcanic soil in a perfect climate and protected from excess sunlight, Kona Coffee is a unique crop special to the Big Island. For this reason, hundreds of small coffee farmers prefer this special environment and get together to celebrate the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival every year.
This year, they are definitely upping their game with even more festivities and events! First Friday is also happening during this time period, which is an event Holualoa town holds for craft vendors, food trucks, and more on the first Friday of each month. Open from 2 - 9 pm!
