Real estate has been Kris singular career for the majority of her 'grown up' life. She loves what she does to help sellers and buyers realize their real estate plans. Kris has graduated from owning her own successful office and doing hundreds of transactions a year to a smaller scale of working with quality clients on a more personal level limiting her sales to 20-25 per year.
Kris is still very busy however, there is more time to devote to each transaction and truly understand what the end goal is for her clients. The past 19 years of being a Realtor® in the Kailua Kona area has been a blessing for which she is truly grateful.
Kris believes that the process of selling or buying a home is a very individualized situation. What works for one client is not necessarily the best way to work for another client. If you partner together and have clear full communication and solid intention, you can make anything happen!
Be it a second home, vacation condo, downscaling or upscaling, first-time home, or move-up solution, it is always exciting to help make it all happen. A client whose needs are met in a way that benefits their goal is Kris’s end goal.
Living and working in the Kona area of the Big Island of Hawaii has been like a dream come true. After the stress and harried lifestyle of being a productive and successful real estate broker in California, the slower pace and quality of life here are fabulous!
