My market area for listing properties for sale is specific to the North Kona District/Kona to Keauhou. This is in order for me to be present for all showings for my listings, to represent you as the seller to the best of my abilities.
If you are moving off-island, I have a network of trusted brokers that will be able to assist us.
For buyer clients, the same beliefs that drive my business hold true, the only addition is that I will expand my buyer client’s property search to South Kohala in addition to the North Kona market.
